I wanna send my best wishes out to Franco Kickboxing/Pankration (FKP) fighter Kenny "Hitman" Tran as he prepares for his upcoming battle this Saturday. Kenny has been in Thailand for several weeks now, and has already racked up a couple of victories in Muay Thai battle. This Saturday's fight will have some added importance, as Chris "Mjolnir" Franco himself has flown out there to corner Kenny during the bout. I know from personal experience what a huge advantage having Chris in the corner gives a fighter, so I expect that Kenny will kick some SERIOUS Thai ass this weekend!

Additional news on the FKP front is the pending arrival of Jiu-jitsu master Eddie Bravo, who will be conducting a four-hour seminar this Saturday. Even though this seminar has been restricted to FKP members and a handful of invited guests, it's already a massive success as dozens of people are expected. I'm still being careful with my newly-healed knee so I won't be rolling, but I will certainly be sitting on the sidelines and learning what I can from one of the best Jiu-jitsu players on the planet.
